Why do I need an appointment to pick up my order?
We work by appointment only to serve our clients better. Because we offer several services, we want to make sure there is someone available to assist you when you come in. If we are in a session or viewing appointment, or if we are assisting someone with a frame selection, your wait could be up to 1 hour or more. And we want to be able to sit down with you and go through your order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
